The state owned Partnership Fund, which holds 100% stakes in GOGC and GRAIL, appointed Davit Tvalabeishvili as a new CEO of GOGC replacing Zurab Janjgava. Mr. Tvalabeishvili had previously worked at the World Bank’s Tbilisi office, USAID and Millenium Challenge Georgia.

Partnership Fund appointed Konstantine Guntsadze as the Chairman of the supervisory board of GRAIL, while Oleg Bichiashvili has been named as the First Deputy CEO currently serving as the acting CEO of the company. Mr. Bichiashvili has an extensive working experience in Georgian Railway.
